Prelaunch booking fee
The guest pays the fee once, on top of the rental price. It is VAT inclusive and is included in the first online payment, whether the guest pays the full rent or a deposit. Paying the remaining balance does not create another booking fee.
The fee is €6.99, £6.99 or US$6.99 in the booking currency. These are fixed local prices, not exchange-rate conversions.
Short stay or longer stay
One night, a week, a month or up to a year: the same flat fee applies to one booking. Available dates, minimum and maximum stays and local rental rules still apply. Extending or changing a reservation needs a fresh availability and price check.

Rent, cleaning, local taxes and any permitted payment-processing charges are separate. All applicable charges must be disclosed before you agree. The flat fee is not a promise that every property or payment has no other cost.

WP.ZONE

Airbnb
Airbnb’s single-fee model usually deducts 15.5% from the host; some rates differ. Its split model has separate host and guest fees and is being phased out for home hosts.

If you cancel, rent already paid and the booking fee are non-refundable. If the supplier cannot fulfil the booking, all amounts paid, including the booking fee, are refunded. Your mandatory legal rights are unaffected.
