This series covers new and existing dwellings purchased by households. It measures national price change, not an asking price, a local price per square metre or a valuation of an individual home.
Each point compares its quarter with the same quarter of the previous year. It is not the change since the preceding quarter. Published figures may be revised; the snapshot dates identify the version used here.
A listing disappearing from a feed does not establish a sale. We do not derive sale prices, sale success rates or time-to-sale from removals.
Current euro asking prices for available homes offered for sale by BG.HOUSE. Houses and apartments are counted separately. This is one advertiser’s stock, not a country or regional market valuation.

Only currently public, available, non-demo BG.HOUSE sale listings with a positive euro price are included. Rentals, under-offer and sold properties, missing or zero prices, other currencies, land, estates and commercial property are excluded. Other feed suppliers and owner listings are outside this first price sample.
Price figures require at least 10 priced listings of the same property type. This is a display minimum, not a guarantee of a representative sample. The median is the middle asking price, or the average of the two middle prices; figures are rounded to whole euros.
Prices describe the current mix of properties, locations, sizes and conditions. Changes in this mix can move the median without any individual home changing price. These are advertised prices, not achieved sale prices or a price trend.
